1. Processing Time

Orders are usually packed and shipped within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Pre-order drones or those requiring extra inspection may take 3–5 business days (noted on product page).

Weekends and public holidays are not processing days; shipments resume the next business day.
2. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping Threshold

Free standard shipping on orders of $199 USD or more.

Orders under $199: a flat rate of $9.90 USD applies (most regions).

Remote area surcharge: Some countries/regions (e.g., remote islands, restricted zones) may incur extra fees – you will be notified at checkout or by customer service.

5. Packaging & Battery Safety

All drones are packed with thick bubble wrap + rigid cardboard box.

According to IATA regulations, lithium‑polymer batteries must be installed in the device or individually insulated. We will:
✅ Discharge batteries to ≤30% safe level
✅ Wrap each battery in an anti‑static bag
✅ Attach “Lithium Battery” warning label on the carton -
International orders may be delayed by customs. We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees.
6. Lost or Damaged Parcels

Obvious external damage: Reject the parcel immediately, take photos, and contact us.

Hidden damage after signing: Provide an unpacking video or photos (with visible waybill) within 48 hours for claim assistance.

Long delay not received: If not delivered within 20 business days, contact us for investigation.
7. Restricted Destinations
We currently cannot ship to:

Military zones, active conflict zones, countries/regions under international sanctions
